- What is the max size for video uploads?
- We currently allow video uploads of up to 50MB (around 20-30 seconds of video depending on your settings). However you can easily post YouTube or Vimeo links and they’ll play in the feed with thumbnails automatically pulled.
- Will the Fighters.Network App still work?
- No the app will cease to function at the end of April ’23. Please move to FightersNetwork.com before then.
- Does that mean there will never be another Fighters.Network app?
- No – with this new platform – we will be able to transition to a full fledged app on both iOS and Android in the future. This will be determined based on the number of users we have and being able to support the apps monetarily.
- What is the different between Groups and Forums?
- Groups are really for sharing your content with people that have similar interests. Forums are where you can post questions and have discussions. Both Groups and Forums support all of the same media functionality (i.e. you can upload images, videos, etc).
- What is the Main Feed for?
- The main feed will show group and forum discussions, but you can also just post your content in the main feed without being part of a group or forum. The main feed is the core part of Fighters.Network and what most of our supporters are used to.
- Who can I contact if I’m having a technical issue?

- What is the difference between a follow and a connection?
- Following a fighter gives you their updates in your own feed on your profile timeline. Connecting with another fighter allows you to send any receive messages with each other.
- I had a lot of great content on the Fighters.Network app – am I able to get access to it?
- Yes, we can help get your old Fighters.Network content for you. Just submit an “App Content Request” to us here and we will send you a download link of your content.
- What do I do if I see some disturbing content on the site?
- Next to each post you will see 3 dots, click those to be able to report any posts you think we should look at. If you need our assistance, please submit a support request here.
- Can I block a user if they are harassing me or I don’t want to hear from them?
- Yes, if you go to the user profile on the right hand side of their profile you will see 3 dots where you will get a dropdown to block the user. If you need our assistance, please submit a support request here.
- Some of my videos don’t load with thumbnails – how do I add them?
- Sometimes the video codec that creates thumbnails doesn’t fire for a video. Don’t worry, you can always add a thumbnail after uploading and posting. To do this, simply hover over the video and you will see 3 dots in the top right (of the video, don’t confuse this with the 3 dots at the right of the post). Click the 3 dots and you will see a dropdown with the ability to change the thumbnail. If you select change thumbnail, the codec will run and generate thumbnails (sometimes it can take 5-10 seconds to generate). Select a thumbnail and click the “Change” button. You can also upload an image, if you want.
